Description:

The programmable control unit RM10-01 is designed for monitoring and automatic control of the feeder etc., based on engine speed and its overload sensing. Its main advantages are the compact size and schematic OLED display with 2x8 characters and mainly the immediate output response when the set speed limits are exceeded. The unit is available with conductors to be connected directly into the application, or with an AMPSEAL connector that is certified for use in automotive industry. To set the minimum, maximum and nominal speeds and hysteresis you can use three buttons on the front panel and there are also service buttons inside the unit, after programming the panel buttons can be locked and then only the value viewing mode is allowed. The unit in its basic state continuously displays the operating states and daily and total hourly and daily values, which are stored together with the settings in the semi-permanent memory of the unit which ensures their storage even when the machine is switched off. The daily hour counter can be reset by the user in contrast to the total motor hours where this option is not user-enabled and can only be reset at the manufacturer’ centres service.
