MOBILE CONTROL UNIT S-T1 FOR STANDARD ISOBUS

Description:

SETTING MODULE FOR THE WORK DEPTH OF THE MACHINE AND FOR ITS FOLDING

This is a control unit containing connectors for connecting the inputs and outputs necessary to adjust the working depth of the machine, or for the folding of the machine.

The following versions are available for the control unit:

Version 1:

• A control unit with 12-pin, dust and water-proof connector Deutsch
• Input for a linear sensor from the piston rod, 4-20mA current loop
• Output 12V, min. 3A for ON/OFF control of the valve coils
• Input for setting the required depth

Version 1+:

• Extension of Version 1 by 10 digital inputs and 6 power outputs for the folding function of the machine
• The control unit will have a 2x12 pin connector in this version.
• Input for the folding trigger button

Version 2 - ISO BUS:

• Compared with Version 1, the control unit will be ready to connect to the ISO BUS terminal.
• An initial screen will be ready for the terminal to reach out
• On this screen, you can go to both to the Diagnostics screen and the Desktop screen.
• The program also includes a set of error messages.
• The ECU includes a powerful 32b data processor for ISO BUS and 8MB FLASH memory for storing graphics.

Version 2+:

• Compared with Version 1+, the control unit will be ready to connect to the ISO BUS terminal.
• An initial screen will be ready for the terminal to reach out
• On this screen, you can go to both to the Diagnostics screen and the Desktop screen.
• The program also includes a set of error messages.
• The ECU includes a powerful 32b data processor for ISO BUS and 8MB FLASH memory for storing graphics.

All version will be in waterproof boxes and a durable connector of the DTM type, of the DEUTCH manufacturer, is used for the connection into the machine cabling. The versions without folding the machine have one 12-pin. The versions with machine folding also have an additional 12-pin output, with a key to avoid interchange.

All versions have the following common parameters:

• Ambient temperature range -40 to 85°C.
• Dimensions 120x133x40mm.
• Degree of protection IP68.
• DTM connector connection.
• Built-in current protection of outputs.
• Resistance to over-voltage peaks.
